Brokerage structure:"Since we suggest regular plans, we earn commission/brokerage from mutual fund product distribution. The brokerage varies from schemes to scheme. It may vary from 0.05% to 1.25% based on category of funds. Liquid and debt funds being lowest and equity-oriented funds being highest also brokerage percentage is based on fund size and Asset Management companies.
Expense ratio of bigger funds is lower than expense ratio of smaller funds. Brokerage payout is lesser in bigger funds higher in smaller funds."

We will acknowledge your grievance within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the grievance.
Initial Review: Our Head of Operations (HO) will review your grievance within 10 working days
Investigation: The HO will investigate your concern, which may involve gathering information from relevant records
Resolution: We aim to resolve all grievances within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your grievance & will be informed of the resolution through your preferred communication channel (email, phone, or postal mail).
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you can escalate your grievance to higher authorities within our our organization
Still you are not satisfied with the grievance redressal, you can escalate your concern to regulatory authorities like SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India).
All the grievances will be handled with strict confidentiality.
